You can change this selection at any time up until you submit your order by changing the quantity, deleting your selection by clicking the "Remove" checkbox, or canceling the order process. Clicking the "Checkout" button will take you to the next step in the order process.

CHECKOUT

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account. Otherwise, register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with data protection regulations. It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. Clicking the "Continue" button will take you to the next ordering step.

Now check your billing address and enter your preferred payment method. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step of the order process.

Now check your shipping address and specify your preferred shipping method. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next ordering step.

Shipping costs:

Shipping within Germany costs €5.90. Shipping within the EU costs €15.99, and internationally €36.99.

RETURN / CANCELLATION

TO BE INSANE guarantees a refund provided all items are returned in the same condition as they were received. This means the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (except for fitting). Furthermore, all tags and labels must be intact and in their original condition. If the tag has been removed, an exchange is not guaranteed. As mentioned above, shipping costs for the item to the customer are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please obtain a return receipt and keep it safe for future reference in case of loss. Please do not return the product to us freight collect or without insurance!
